Blank dates appear at end of chronological order
With tasks but I would say it also applied to most items, if something doesn't have a date it usually means it is backlogged or not for immediate attention.
However in CRM whenever you display something by date those items without any date appear at the top of the list, so we get all these backlog/unimportant tasks etc appearing above overdue/due tasks.
I personally can't imagine why people would want non-due dates to appear before more recent dates, but at the very least can we have a setting that defines whether blank dates appear at start of end of chronology.
