Blank email body, headers, migration...

I'm currently trialing Zoho VO for our organisation and I have a few questions:
(1) Are you any nearer to having a data migration tool to allow mails to be imported into VO and, if necessary exported, under common formats? As an organisation, like most these days I would imagine, our knowledge base is that contained within thousands of emails that we have received and sent, and this needs to be integrated into any new system.
(2) Is there any way, other than by mining the SQL back end, to access the full header of the email. It can be necessary under certain circumstances (legal) to have this information in a full email print out.
(3) ... Leading on from this... Where in the database is the main part of the email body stored? I found just about everything else, but not the body...
(4) There seems to be a problem with certain emails that when opened appear to have no body (hence the previous question....) When they are fetched using a conventional POP client the message body is there, but under VO it has disappeared. It seems to be a random occurance, though obviously is not.
Is this a known issue and if so, is there a fix available? I've updated to the necessary service packs from the site, but no joy. I'm running VO on a standard win2k machine and all other aspects of its performance are impressive...
This last issue really is a critical one for us.
