I have a problem displaying my email when clicking on them in the desktop.

I have attached two images (Desktop 1 & Desktop 2) that show my email listed in my Zoho Business desktop, and the second which shows a blank screen after clicking on one of the emails.  This happens with all of my email documents when using Zoho Business.  They work fine using Zoho mail, but not for Business.

I would appreciate it, if Zoho techs could look into this for me.
