I use webmail and the Zoho app for Android to manage my (free account) Zoho mail.
I sent a message from the app (from my smartphone) and the recipient got a blank message.
I have tried several times to this person and each time sent from the app, he gets a blank message. Sent from webmail on my PC, he gets it fine.
His mail client is Thunderbird.
He checked on Outlook and the full message was received. Sent from webmail (not the app) and full message received (to Thunderbird as well).
Are their known problems with Thunderbird receiving emails sent from the Zoho mobile app?
