Blending Order and Call History

Hi -

I own a flower shop and place 'reminder calls' to people on the anniversary on previous purchases to get them to buy for mothers day or valentines day.... or whatever.

I wrote a Microsoft access database to track all the calls and the call result.  I import sales history from my order system.  .

Sooooo......  if I pull my customer, sales and call history over to Zoho, can I create a call list that brings all this data together onto one screen so I can see the history of this customer before I dial their number? 

I attached a similar view as my current access database...
