Blocked Account

I was notified that my account was blocked " WARNING : Mailbox size exceeded quota : 38,987 MB".
I have spent the entire day moving the majority of my emails off of ZOHO and onto My Mac, but I have only seen a change of 5-6k MB less. WTF?  I have always been able to immediately reduce the size by deleting emails, but this time, nothing is working, and my entire business has been ground to a halt while I tried to fix this. I discovered a mailbox that says "Deleted Messages" that had thousands of copies of the same email, which means that your spam filter is not working perhaps? I was finally able to delete all the messages in that box, though it recurred once already but is empty now.
Most of my email folders are now empty but you continue to block my account. 
This has to be on your end. I have deleted far more emails than ever before when I got that warning!
I have also restarted my computer, etc.
PLEASE FIX THIS!
