Blocked account

After using a VPN service (something I do regularly for work) I noticed by email account had been blocked due to "Suspicious login activity".

I was able to unblock POP and IMAP access, but i'm currently unable to unblock SMTP access. I get an error popup: "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com".

I contacted support yesterday and have received no reply. I sent a follow up email today but the forum team seems to be quicker to respond, so i'm asking here as well as I can't send any emails from this account.

Can someone from Zoho please unblock my account!
