Hello Zoho Support,
my account is blocked due suspicios login because I was logging in via a VPN on my mobile phone.
I changed the password already but I still cant login. In the "Zoho Mail Control Panel" there is no "Troubleshoot section" as it is described in your "Steps to unblock accounts" workflow. Am I missing something? I've been searching for over an hour now. Can you send me a link or tell me how to unlock the account?
