Blocked email box

Please could you check my mailbox ( seanm@aitecafrica.com) I have cleared a huge amount of mail and should now be back well within my limit. but it remains stuck at the level above my limit and hence blocked. I have tried to communicate this in your Feedback facility but it is not working.
