Blocked Emails

We are using Zoho email, and our website is using one of the mailboxes to send email notifications to all users.

The emails are received on all the mailboxes, except for the ones for our company that are hosted with Zoho... not getting any error message from the website side, and can't find any log to trace under Zoho email. The emails are just vanished. 

How can i checked further? maybe Zoho has blocked the ip of the website? not sure, can you help?
