Blocked for too many IMAP concurrent connections

Blocked for too many IMAP concurrent connections

So, I'm kind of confused as to why my account got the "blocked for exceeding maximum simultaneous connections" message in the first place, as from my understanding, the maximum connections for IMAP is 20, and my Thunderbird client is configured to make no more than 5 at a time.  That said, the "why" isn't so much what is important, so much as it getting unblocked so I can get back to having a usable email account. 

This seems to be coming up quite a bit in the forums...sounds like you guys have a bug to fix.
