Blocked From Sending Emails from a Deal Where Primary Email Addresses are Invalid

As our company grows, one of the more frustrating things has been to inability to even draft an email for a deal where the primary contact's email address is invalid according to Zoho. The problem is that we don't want to send an email to the primary contact. We need to send it to the Real Estate Agent and we want to do it from within the deal (as that is what the email pertains to). However, when we go to the "Emails" Section of the deal we see this message with no option to send an email:

Or similarly, in cases, Zoho will let you click the "New Email" button only to show you this message immediately and not let you continue to draft a message:

Again, in all of our cases, we are not trying to send the emails to the contact associated with the deal, but rather to another party involved in the deal. Why would Zoho completely shut down the ability to send any emails from such deals?

Taking it a step further....we use Zoho Flow to send automatic notices to our sales reps, realtors and to our other insurance partners. We automate sending these emails when we receive payment. However, these fail in Zoho Flow, not because there are issues with the recipients email address, BUT Zoho doesn't like the email address associated with the primary contact on the deal (who is not receiving the email)!!

This is causing so many issues as our company is scaling. Zoho is drawing unnecessary lines by not allowing any emails to be sent, even to recipients with legit email addresses (even those who are users in our Zoho Organization) from these deals.

Can Zoho please address this issue?
