Hi!
My previous hosts have caused my account to exceed the incoming rate limit by dumping almost 11,000 emails into the domain catch-all. Your support guys have un-blocked the account a couple of times but I presume it'll keep happening until the mail queue is processed.
Is there a way to allow this volume of email to hit my inbox so that I can deal with it without having to raise a support ticket every 15 minutes? Or better still can you guys just black hole all incoming mail on my account until the large volume has passed?
Any suggestions are welcome!
