Blocked Mail — MAJOR PROBLEM with New Release

Ever since the newest update has been released we have had issues with mail accounts being blocked. Our mail accounts get blocked if our users go over their storage quota. In the previous version of Zoho Mail this was not a big deal because they could go in and delete their trash. Their would be a warning bar in the email interface that would take them to a page where they could enter a code and unblock their email. Their email account would be active again almost instantly.
The new version has broken this feature. There is no longer a link. Per a conversation I had with customer support, the system periodically checks whether a given users email is blocked or not and automatically unblocks. The problem is, this can take hours. I had a user who cleared her trash yesterday some time around 3 pm and her account wasn't unblocked until 3:56 AM the following day.
How can you possibly think it's ok for a business to have its employees emails blocked for over 12 hours? Who ever designed this new system seriously dropped the ball.
I had been told by customer support that users can manually type in the URL
https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe . For one thing, I don't know why you would replace the link/warning with this type of process. Second, this actually doesn't work. We've tried this multiple times with different users and it's never worked. The user enters the code, it says the email is unblocked but the email remains blocked.
Please bring back the old system ASAP. Email is essential to running a business and having employees emails blocked for over 12 hours is completely unacceptable.
