blocked Outbound zoho mail

"Your Outgoing has been blocked and you will be unable to send emails. "

I understand I reached my Outbound limit yesterday and I was good with that, but I am still getting this message and not able to send anything today as well, including to support at zohomail dot com about this.

Please unblock my email account. Thank you!
