Blocked outgoing

Hi there

I have noticed that mun@vpchris.com's outgoing has been blocked. 
This is due to that for this address, it has reached it's bounce limit. 
Further, I have been told that this is caused by the influx of junk emails that triggered the auto-forward which then lead to the bounce-back of the sent message. 

Kindly request the help from Zoho in aid of rectifying the situation.
