Blocked outgoing e-mails

Hi:

I was not aware of the bounced back (wrong address) email limit and unfortunately several of the addresses
on our mailing list were wrong. In the future, we shall make sure not to exceed the bounce-back limit nor the outgoing amount which, I believe, is 100 per day.

Presently., we have incoming. Is it possible to unblock the outgoing service?
