Blocked outgoing email - exceeds bounce limit
One of the users on our account, hope@cwfnc.org, sent an email to a list of several dozen colleagues who communicate frequently yesterday at 1:22pm. As it turned out there were some typos inadvertently introduced causing some of them to bounce when the system tried to resend today. At 2:38pm she got a notification as follows:

Details :Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=20 ]
We rely on our email heavily for our business and have never before had a problem with this policy. Could you please unblock this account as quickly as possible? I have also submitted a request via the portal. Thank you!
