Blocked outgoing emails

Hello:

I was not aware that there was a limit on the bounceback emails and unfortunately, yesterday, some of the addresses on our mail out were wrong and they all came back simultaneously. Now that we know, this will not happen again.

We currently have incoming. Is it possible to unblock the outgoing in order to re-establish our services?
