Blueprint coming up only after records are edited?

Blueprint coming up only after records are edited?

After a Blueprint was setup nothing comes up on the records meeting the Blueprint criteria. Even deleting all requiered criteria still nothing comes up. It comes up only after the records are edited some how.

Is this a know issue?

Do 100% of the respective records have to be edited after a Blueprint criteria is adjusted? in order for the Blueprint area fields to appear?
