Blueprint transition does not detect assigned owner
Hello. The lead is added to the CRM by Email Parser. This works flawlessly. I created a blueprint for leads management.
The record owner is automatically assigned by the Assignment Rule and is visible under the lead details but as you can see it shows no transitions:
I need to manually go into the lead, edit the details, click on Lead Owner and chose the same lead owner for the transitions to show up.
So basicly I change the owner of the lead from myself to myself. Is there any fix for this?
