Blueprint transition in Zoho Connect

Blueprint transition in Zoho Connect

I've created a test blueprint with three stages and two transitions between them (see attached).
From the Zoho manuals, I would expect to see two buttons for the transitions on the form but there's none. The form can't be moved from one stage to the next, although everything is enabled. Feels like I must be missing something very basic.
Any suggestions as to what to check to make this work?
