We have configured a Blueprint transition that is associated with Tasks. During the transition, we enter all the required task details, proceed to the next step, and save the record successfully.

However, the task is not being created or displayed anywhere after the transition is completed. It is not visible under Open Activities, Tasks, or any other task-related section of the record.

Could you please help us understand why the task is not being created or linked correctly? Also, let us know if there are any additional configurations or prerequisites required for Blueprint transition tasks to be created and displayed properly.
