BNZ Bank Feeds No Longer Available

BNZ Bank Feeds No Longer Available

The BNZ (New Zealand) bank feeds are still failing and it's been months since they last worked!

Uploading bank statements (CSV's) mean waiting to the end of the month when they become available. It is unacceptable to keep my clients waiting for payment confirmations and other notification that go out when transactions are processed. This is also a time consuming exercise even on a monthly basis let alone going though it weekly or daily!

I have been in touch with the BNZ and they advise that Yodlee are not even accredited under the MBIE accreditation system for accessing open banking API's, see reply copied below. Now that we know this is a dead end situation perhaps you will consider one of the alternative accredited providers from the list the BNZ supplied in their reply (https://www.mbie.govt.nz/business-and-employment/business/consumer-data-right/register) and reinstate the service we are paying for. Franky I am disgusted at the care you are providing, New Zealand might be a small market to you but it's shameful to treat us any less than others.

"Good morning David, Our API team has advised that we don't support Yodlee as a provider of bank feeds at this time. I have some further information below. Since the introduction of the Customer and Product Data Act 2025, alongside the launch of the MBIE accreditation programme, our approach to accessing Open Banking APIs has changed. Under this framework, parties seeking to connect to BNZ’s Open Banking APIs are expected to do so via MBIE accreditation and Yodlee does not have this accreditation. They provided a link to a register of participants as below. If any of these would work with Zoho that would be a way forward. [Register of Participants | Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment](https://www.mbie.govt.nz/business-and-employment/business/consumer-data-right/register) Kind regards, Cole"
