Bold letters

There are times when letters that have been made to be bold, cannot be returned to not being bold.

this seems to be related to text that is copy pasted into an area where the formatting is already set to 'bold'.

I've experienced this several times on a five page document. If I get more clear about when this occurs I will send more feedback.
