I managed a non-profit book store. We import books from different sources(vendors) and then distribute to customers.

I need some information step by step how to set up zoho so that I can:

1. upload my book list.
2. what is the difference between book list and products?
3. there are three prices involved. First is my purchase price, two the mark up price and three retail price. Where do I insert these values.?
