In this post we will brief you about the Calendar Booking in Zoho CRM.
Calendar Booking makes it easy for your customers to schedule a meeting. Set up the booking in Zoho CRM and share the URL, which allows the customers to book a meeting from the time slots you have defined. Meeting once booked, will be added as an Event in the Activities module and details of the meeting will be sent as an email to the customers from which they can Reschedule or Cancel the meeting.
The Calendar Booking can be set up for a user or team.
- User Booking - Allows the customers to book a meeting with the user in the CRM account.
- Team Booking - Allows the customers to book a meeting with a team. Team consists of multiple users, or users who belong to a Group or a Territory in your CRM account.
Share the meeting URL
There are three ways in which the meeting URL can be shared with the customers.
Copy the link and share it with the customers via email, text message, social media, etc.
Embed in your webpage as a Button, Link, or In-line content.
Add as an Email Signature.
We have released this feature in phases and have thus opened for selected customers. It will soon be available for all.
