Booking Plugin with CRM not allowing me to schedule new appointments

Booking Plugin with CRM not allowing me to schedule new appointments

I cannot schedule new appointments in the contacts module using the plugin drop down options. 

When I select new appointment, the booking page loads, but when I click the service I want to schedule,  it will not load at all. 

please help.
