Bookmark your spreadsheet
Here is how you can bookmark your spreadsheet. This could be useful when you want to open a spreadsheet by default as soon as you sign in or to create bookmarks for several of your spreadsheets.
Get Started. Write Away!
- Open the sidebar using File -> Open (Ctrl+O) or the sidebar handle on the left
- Right click on your file listed under My Sheets. You will be presented with the browser's contextual menu.
- To bookmark a file:
- On IE, select 'Add to Favorites...'
- On Firefox, select 'Bookmark This Link'
- To copy the link to the spreadsheet:
- On IE, select 'Copy Shortcut'
- On Firefox, select 'Copy Link Location'
- On Chrome, select 'Copy link address'
- To open in new tab:
- On IE, select 'Open in New Tab'
- On Firefox, select 'Open Link in New Tab'
- On Chrome, select 'Open link in new tab'
Note: When you bookmark the link to a spreadsheet and then access it without signing in to Zoho, you will be presented with the login screen where you will have to login to your account.
