Can I see get a list of my customers in CRM?   Customer is someone that has paid an invoice.   Um, no, I can't.  If I pull up an account, I can see their paid zoho books invoice.  But I cannot write a report or query in Zoho CRM to display accounts or contacts based on what they have done in Zoho Books.   Zoho CRM only "sees" zoho invoices, not zoho books invoices. Ugh.

Well, where there is a will there's a way.  Let's get clever.  In zoho books, I'll create a webhook to simply update a custom field on the account record "is customer."  Simple easy.  Create the webhook, so when an invoice is paid, simply update the account record.  Wait.  In order to update an account record in zoho CRM, i need the account id.  Zoho books does not make account id of the linked account visible.  Same problem in reverse.  Zoho CRM does not make the linked contact id in zoho books available.

Does anyone know how to send an email to all customers???  Have I lost my mind?
