Hello,

I ve made a reminder via workflow that an email will be sent to the customer 3 days before the offer expires. you can only select "Contact Email" in "Email Recipients*".

This contact seems to be the entry marked as "primary contact" in books.

With many customers I have many different contact persons.

now the reminder email went to some other person at this customer....

It would be good if these offer-related emails also go to this person to whom the offer was emailed.

How can this be done?
