Books to Desk create Ticket when Invoice is X days Overdue
Hello,
I am looking to create a Ticket in Zoho Desk whenever an Invoice in Zoho Books is more than 2 days overdue.
We have automation setup in Zoho Books which helps, but it's still manual. In Zoho Books, you Email Alerts can only go to specific people. So we cannot have Books send an email directly to our support desk.
I think Zoho Flow might be a better solution. However I'm stuck on an early step - "Choose Zoho Books Trigger".
"Invoice updated" seems like a potential trigger, but the Invoice isn't actually being updated. Time just passes and it's now 48 hours overdue instead of 47 hours and 59 minutes.
How can I trigger a Flow when an Invoice reaches a certain amount of time past due? Any help would be appreciated!
