Botched email sign up for a domain that I own

I tried signing up to have my domain's email hosted but during the process - when it sends a verification code to my cell phone - the page locked up. after refreshing the page it told me that my verification code was incorrect but the button to resend verification would not work. I closed out the browser completely and started all over, but now when I go back in to register the domain it just tells me that it's already registered. I can't find any way to identify myself or re-verify the mobile # used or email - I'm just kind of stuck with no way to access the account now. is there anyway to reset this so I can just start over or gain access to set up my email account?
