I send out a batch of emails yesterday to people that had given us their email address at our trade stand. As with any email there is the possibility of typos due to reading hand writing and we expected a number of rejections which we would then sort through, however your system has rejected some of the emails before even sending them (
cieron@hotmail.com Invalid Address, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable).
How do we know why they have been rejected if they are not sent?
Also, as a result of this you have now blocked my outgoing mail because of a bounce code limit of 10!!!!!!!
10 really??? This batch is only 200 emails and we expect to get quite a few bounce emails which we will then filter out. How can I do that if you block my email for only 10 bounces!!
No one wants to get bounced emails but it is unavoidable at times and this limit is far to low!!
No wonder I am looking for another provider!
