bounce limit

Dear Zoho,
one of the email in my domain ucism.it has received this error.

User : info@ucism.it
Details :Posta in uscita bloccata. Motivo:Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=20 ]

Can you please re-enable email info@ucism.it?
We are working on deleting bad email addresses.
