Bounce Limits

Are there bounce limits on paid accounts. My free account says:

"You have reached the maximum self unblock limit within the past 24 hours."

What if I send out email to large list and 50 emails bounce back before it done sending them all, will it stop sending to the remaining emails?

Can you unblock my free account?
