Bounced Email needs unblocking
Hi,
One of our leads email addresses has been blocked due to bouncing. It says the reason is smtp 550, potential spam. This is a double opted in contact expecting the emails. We sent 1 email to them with a ZOHO Survey integrated link, CRM says this email bounced but if it had they couldn't of used the link in the email to complete the Survey.
Who do I talk to about getting this unblocked? I can't post the email in question here for GDPR reasons.
