Can someone please explain to me why these contacts bounced-ie why are they on this list?

AND

How can we sync them from CRM so that they don't bounce?

Two of the contacts (Joanni Sherriff and Denzel Jacobs)  profiles on campaigns  were manually updated. Yet, they are also on the bounced list.

We have not reached our sync limit, and still have syncs available for the rest of the day and month.
