Bouncing E-mails and Blocking Policy

Hello there!

I'm not sure whether my first request has arrived so I'm writing it again and again :)
I really like your service and it was a lifesaver for me last week, but my users are getting blocked because of bouncing e-mails they had sent. We are trying to communicate with a group of specific people whose e-mail addresses may have changed somehow. Can you please add an exception for my users so they will be able to use their accounts properly? The domain is "isbyazilim.com"
