Brazil's Mobile Number Format Change

Hi,

Some Brazilian states have change their mobile number format from (XX)XXXX-XXXX to (XX) X XXXX-XXXX (that means, one more digit was added). That change will impact all states in the future.

When adding a Backup Phone Number on Two Factor Authentication screen it says " Please enter valid number".

It accepts: ddnnnnnnnn
It doesnt accept: ddnnnnnnnnn

So, is it possible to update that validation?
