Break Glass Admin Suggestion

There are several issues we have ran into, involving not being able to use "Premium" features, which we have paid for, unless we are logged into the account as the owner. A minor example of this, is our ability to link zoho analytics organization to zoho show. We are unable to use this feature unless logged in as the owner.

This problem is a pretty critical one in your infrastructure, as it does not allow organizations to setup their owner/admin as the break glass account. With the Zoho Show example, this means that we will be logged into devices strictly used for displaying media using a top level admin account. This is a terrible security practice.

Is there any plan to fix this issue, or has it even been brought to attention yet? We are reluctantly considering switching to Power BI once our membership expires because we consider this security threat to be that severe.
