We are delighted to introduce the Autopilot function for the Codeless and SalesIQ Script bot platforms. Autopilot provides your bot with Q&A capabilities similar to the Answer bot
. So, you can bring your Answer bot inside your Zobot
flow using autopilot. With this, you can tune your chatbot to be an all-rounder by having all perspectives on marketing, sales, and support.
- It is available only for the Enterprise plan.
- Currently, the Autopilot supports only English.
What can you do with Autopilot?
In the Codeless bot, the autopilot function is available as a block and for SalesIQ scripts bot platform it is available as an action. So when you use this function on the bot's flow, the bot can use NLP to analyze the question and respond with relevant articles/FAQs.
- It suggests articles/FAQs based on the visitors' questions from your Knowledge base.
- You can fully customize the configuration and behavior of the autopilot function according to your requirement.
- You can configure if it finds the answer to the visitor question or not; both as per your needs.
- Answer found - When the autopilot finds an article/FAQs based on the visitors' question.
- Answer not found - When the autopilot couldn't find any resource based on the visitors' question.
- Once the autopilot suggests the appropriate resource as per the visitors' question, you can define different follow-up actions.
- Use Small talks to train your bot to answer casual questions and Business terms to increase the bot's vocabulary automatically.
Try using the Criteria router block
in the Codeless bot to deploy autopilot for your help page and Zobot for the rest pages.
