BUG! - Opp View Contact Last Name Only

We have a custom view in "Opportunities" that displays among other things, the contact associated with the Opp.

Recently (as in the last couple days) we noticed two problems with this column:

1. The column header says "Opportunity Name" instead of "Contact Name"
2. The column only displays the last name of the contact, and it is not "clickable" as it used to be.


Looks like there might be some field mapping that is off or something. At least we know that the second column labeled "Opportunity Name" displays the last name of the contact associated with the opp.
