Picture attached. I assigned a task from within potential. On the main screen in Open Tasks table "Related to" points to Potentials. There is going to be missing icon (sign that something went wrong) Clicking on the Name in "Related To" will give me permission error.

Opening the task and saving again - removed the permission problem (I had at least 4 incidents like this and I run CRM under Admin)
