Struggling to create a lookup field for the Notes view (Lookups don't appear to work) I stumbled on another bug.
CRM complains "You cannot create more than 50 Text Custom Fields"
So I deleted one. That should mean that I now have 49, right?
Wrong.
I got the same error after deleting a text field and then trying to create a new one.
And, since there is no one place to show all of my custom fields I have to dig around in all of our modules to find the other custom fields. This is of course time consuming and counter productive.
Request:
-show one one page all custom fields created and created by whom and where they are located
-improve Lookups to actually populate from the modules (if it worked before , it is _not_ working now)
-custom fields: publish list of how many custom fields are allowed and how many are being used
-allow admin to sort in fields list view the types of the fields
-if possible, allow for searches to be created by clicking on the desired fields and performing searches based on only those selected fields.
-video demonstration of how to create custom lookup (esp. for the notes module)
