Bug: Custom fields imported in "import contacts" csv file doesn't transfer correctly

I have imported a csv file based on the sample contacts csv file, with a custom field filled in, the transfer of the custom field only shows the value, and not the field name for that value. In addition, the value record shows up on the field name spot in the contact info editing window.

For example, I had a customer field called "Billing Email" in the CSV file I imported into "import contacts". Let's say for contact A the Billing Email was "contactA@gmail.com". When it properly imported, the contact detail window shows:

contactA@gmail.com:

It should show up as:
Billing Email: contactA@gmail.com

The same thing shows up in the contact edit window in the custom fields section.

Can this be corrected? Thank you
