BUG ERROR

On two of our campaigns using web-to-lead, about 50% of the time, when hitting submit on the web to lead form, the landing is page IN NOT what we have in the HTML but it goes to the ZOHO hoime page.
Can we fix this?

Also, when will text areas be supported in web to lead froms?
