If I convert a lead to an account and create a potential - then the potential name is pre-populated with <account name>-.

If I create a potential from an account the account name is not populated.

The problem with this is that if you go to the forcasting screen, because that does not display account name and only potential name - you end up with some potentials (lead converts) with xyzcompany-<descriiption of potential> and some with <description of potential> only.  This means that this screen is pretty useless in the forcasting module since you have no way of identifying which account the potential is tied to. 

So either,

1. on the screen - need another column that shows the account name it is linked to.

or

2. fix the bug so that its consistent with lead conversion. ie. if you create a potential from an account then it is autopopulated with <accountname-> as the first part of the potential name.

Its almost impossible to manage potentials in a forecast based off just the name of the potential as it is.
