1) Web-to-Lead Form doesn't work for 1st time when you open http://seomixi.com/contact_us.html

2) Subsequently if you again try to submit the same form, it works.

3) This issue happens from some PCs (out of 7 PCs, 5 were not working consistently).

4) The problem is easily reproducible.

5) We are loosing lots of leads due to this bug.

Please look into the issue asap.
