BUG: Module-level Permissions (Inadequate), Restricted Users can Delete/Edit all Organization's Records

Under Module-level Permissions, how can we allow a restricted user to "Delete/Edit" their own records only.

By giving a profile the option to delete/edit, they are allowed to delete/edit everyone's records for that model and not just their own!

There should be an way restricting the "R estricted Users " from deleting/editing the organization's record.
